In line with our focus, we strongly believe that processes are essential to every organization and as such, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is a core service that Prosync provides to clients.
Processes are sets of interrelated activities that transform inputs into results through utilization of resources. Most business activities that produce value, serve customers, and generate revenue ultimately are essentially a collection of processes.
Our BPR services are designed to evaluate business activities or processes in order to identify lapses that may exist as well as needs for change as a basis for improving business performance.
Every organization is typically at a particular level of Process Maturity, ranging from 1 to 5 at any point in time, as explained below:
Level 1 is an Initial stage characterized by non-definition and documentation of processes whereby activities are not easily repeatable and results are inconsistent.
Level 2 is the Repeatable stage at which some processes are repeatable and produce consistent results.
Level 3 is the Defined stage where standard processes are in place and improvement measures are feasible.
Level 4 is the Managed stage from which process capability is established and adaptations can be made with minimal risks.
Level 5 is the Optimized stage where process performance becomes stable and the focus is on improvement.
